Finding common ground between entrepreneurs and large companies has become Dhruv’s specialty.

More than two-dozen completed transactions in the bev-alc sector give Dhruv the ability to simultaneously focus on industry-specific commercial deal points and tackle what really matters: relationships.

Dhruv grew up in India, was educated in Wales, England, and the United States. Prior to Diageo, Dhruv worked at a boutique M&A advisory firm in London and Mumbai. He also spent a number of years at a Big Four consultancy in Washington, D.C.

Dhruv holds a B.A., Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A from The London Business School. Dhruv has previously served on the boards of Seedlip, Duppy Share, Mr Black, and Del Professore. He spends his free time trying to improve his tennis game.
